KATU believes in the balance between nature and architectural design. That's why every time we design a home we analyze thoroughly the location where the home will be built. The architectural style is tropical modern which contemplates the use of a lot of natural light inside the building, tall windows for cross ventilation, and also the use of materials such as teak, stone and other exposed materials.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The property measures 1/3 of an acre so you will have plenty of space to enjoy with the family and plant lots of fruit trees. The kitchen and living room have an open space concept and the windows open up completely to the deck area and pool. House will be done by September 2023.
