These three ocean view lots are all connected. You get just over six acres of ocean view land. Nearly all expats buying in this area want at least a home and a guest home. The new building codes for these types of lots allow for one 300m (3230ft2) home and a total building footprint for residential purposes of 10%. There is internet, public water, backup onsight water, and electricity. Six minutes by car to the closest beaches which are Callejones and Blanca. Junquillal's beaches are another minute. Playa Negra is about eight minutes and depending on road conditions you will be in Avellanas in roughly ten or so. The Liberia International Airport is 75 minutes away, Tamarindo 35, and the county seat of Santa Cruz just 30.

The area has everything you need. There are over 20 amazing restaurants in the area, skate park, nook beaches where you can be by yourself all day long, estuaries to kayak/paddle board/canoe, fishing, surfing, boogie boarding, swimming, and the list is just endless.
