There are five blue zones in the world. One of the biggest ones is in Peninsula de Nicoya, Costa Rica. The other four are in Italy, Japan, California and Greece. These areas are of great importance, since the high longevity of their population shows the highest health and welfare indexes in the world thanks to the combination of their lifestyle with the benefits of the lands and natural resources that surround them.

The farm is located south of the Nicoya Peninsula, near Jicaral de Puntarenas, on the way to Playa Coyote. It is a quiet area, currently barely exploited by tourism. The land is 220 hectares composed as follows: 80 machinable hectares, 70 hectares of improved pastures with small hills and 70 hectares of forests.

It has 2 houses with electricity and internet, and two corrals. It also has excellent levels of water throughout the year, springs, a stream that never dries up and 2 deep wells of 30 meters with submersible pumps. The farm has great potential for livestock, agriculture and tourist activities.
