Born and raised in Costa Rica, Mariela Fletes brings a truly local perspective to every client she works with. Originally from San José and a resident of the Tamarindo area since 2020, she combines her knowledge of Costa Rican culture, lifestyle, and local communities with a genuine understanding of what makes Guanacaste such a special place to call home.
Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, Mariela enjoys working with both Costa Rican and international clients, helping them navigate the buying and selling process with clarity, confidence, and personal attention.
