Marien holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with specializations in Human Resources and Marketing and Sales. With over twenty years of diverse professional experience across various sectors, she has demonstrated exceptional adaptability and a sharp business acumen in several global regions.
As a dual citizen of the U.S. and Costa Rica, Marien combines her understanding of North American and Latin American cultures to effectively manage and lead in diverse business environments. After leaving her role as Training and Development Lead for the Americas at Mondelez International in February, she was drawn to Flamingo Beach Realty, where the company’s values deeply resonated with her personal and professional philosophy.
Recognized with a Global MDS Award for Inspirational Leadership in December 2023, Marien’s expertise in people management, negotiation, and strategic communication is well-established. Her leadership has not only propelled successful projects but also achieved significant cost reductions and improved service delivery.
