Melanie founded Flamingo Beach Realty in 2016 to provide international buyers, sellers, and investors with informed, responsive, and highly personalized representation. She specializes in luxury homes, beachfront and ocean-view estates, resort residences, investment properties, development land, and income-producing hospitality assets throughout Guanacaste and Costa Rica’s Gold Coast.
