Casa Chano | Ocean & Golf View Luxury Estate in Hacienda Pinilla

Casa Chano is an exceptional six-bedroom residence in Hacienda Pinilla, one of Guanacaste’s most prestigious beachfront golf communities. Perfectly positioned to capture panoramic views of both the Pacific Ocean and the championship golf course, this beautifully designed home offers a rare combination of privacy, luxury, and resort-style living in one of Costa Rica’s most sought-after coastal destinations.

Offering approximately 6,017 square feet of living space, the home features five dedicated bedrooms plus a versatile sixth room currently configured as a sauna, along with six and a half bathrooms. The layout is thoughtfully designed around spacious, connected living areas that embrace the surrounding views and create an effortless flow between the indoors and outdoors.

Two expansive primary suites—one on each level—anchor the home, while two additional ensuite bedrooms also enjoy beautiful ocean and golf course views. Large windows and sliding doors bring natural light into every space, creating a constant connection to the tropical landscape.

The gourmet kitchen opens seamlessly into the living and dining areas, making the home equally suited for everyday living and entertaining. Outside, a private garden surrounds the swimming pool, sun deck, and outdoor lounge spaces, creating a peaceful retreat where the outdoor lifestyle becomes part of daily life.

Throughout the residence, natural stone flooring, warm wood ceilings, custom millwork, and premium Pella electric windows and doors create a refined, timeless atmosphere. A dedicated 350-square-foot gym occupies the second level, while a covered two-car garage provides secure parking and additional storage. Designed by renowned architect Richard Muller and completed in 2018, Casa Chano reflects thoughtful architecture and exceptional attention to detail throughout.

Life at Hacienda Pinilla extends far beyond the home itself. Residents enjoy access to more than three miles of pristine coastline, an exclusive Beach Club, an 18-hole championship golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, an equestrian center, extensive hiking and biking trails, the JW Marriott Guanacaste Resort & Spa, and convenient on-site services including a medical clinic. Tamarindo is just a 15-minute drive away, offering world-class dining, shopping, surf, nightlife, and everyday conveniences.

Whether you're looking for a luxury primary residence, a private coastal retreat, or a high-end vacation rental, Casa Chano offers an exceptional combination of generous living space, breathtaking views, and access to one of Costa Rica’s premier resort communities.
