Buying Property in Bahia Papagayo
Bahia Papagayo is still growing, with development planned in phases over several years. That means some listings are finished homes, while others are new projects at different stages. Ask about delivery dates, what is already built in your phase and which shared amenities, such as pools, gyms and courts, belong to your enclave.
Only about 30 percent of the land is set to be developed, and much of the rest is kept as green space. The community suits families, retirees and part-time owners who want calm bays for swimming and paddling, with Marina Papagayo and the Peninsula Papagayo resorts a short drive away.
