Buying Property in Playa Marbella

Marbella suits buyers who put surf, privacy and open land ahead of convenience. Groceries, dining and most services are in Junquillal, Nosara or Playa Negra, so living here means planning errands around a drive. In return you get low density, ocean views from the hills and a beach that rarely feels busy.

Because many properties are larger parcels or semi-off-grid homes, ask early about water source, solar or grid power, internet and the condition of the last stretch of road. If you are buying land, check the title, access and the cost of bringing in utilities. Neighborhoods such as Lomas del Sol offer more of a settled feel than standalone parcels.
