Originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, Braeden moved to the Guanacaste area back in 2014 with his family. Upon arriving, Braeden instantly fell in love with the Costa Rican culture and lifestyle.
Braeden worked alongside his mother, Melanie, from the beginnings of Flamingo Beach Realty, and assisted in taking his family’s dream business to the top-producing brokerage in Costa Rica.
Do it right the first time! With all the complexities that Costa Rican real estate has to offer, Braeden’s vast experience and passion for helping others allow him to provide constant and successful results for his clients.
Braeden lives in Flamingo with his partner, Francesca, and they share their home with 3 dogs and 2 cats. He is also a proud owner of a horse. Braeden is fluent in Spanish and is the broker for the Flamingo Beach Realty Tamarindo office.
