The entrance to the house is articulated through a corridor that allows access to the bedrooms and leads to the living area, the living room, the kitchen, and the dining room. The corridor is not simply a functional space but is designed to be a pleasant and very bright passage area as it has several openings to the garden.

This constant indoor-outdoor communication is given in all the rooms that have natural light that enters through its large windows.

Design is not incompatible with functionality, the development of the floor plan of the house creates a perfect division between private and public area without the need for a physical element that separates them.

The house has 4 bedrooms, all of them ensuite, where the wet band of bathrooms adjoins the hallway and the sleeping area itself opens to a more private garden area. This allows to the creation of an acoustic filter that perfectly isolates the sleeping area from the hallway.
