Buying Property at Cantomar Ocean Club
At Cantomar, club membership comes with ownership and can't be bought on its own. Roads, drainage and utilities are in, each homesite has its own water letter, and lots are described as ready to build, with custom designs by Inverse Project, a San José architecture studio. The Ocean Club clubhouse, with pools, a restaurant, fitness and pickleball, is planned but not yet built, so ask us where it stands.
This is a good fit for buyers who want a private, gated beach address and are comfortable building. One rule to know early: rentals are allowed only through the on-site management program, and Airbnb, VRBO and other independent platforms are not permitted.
