Born and raised in San José, Costa Rica, Jose has always had a passion for excellence, people, and purpose. From the age of six, he dedicated himself to football and tennis at a top competitive level, where he learned discipline, resilience, humility, and the power of believing in yourself—values that continue to define his professional and personal life today.

Jose earned his degree in Business and began his career in Finance, where he developed strong analytical and strategic skills. Later, driven by a desire to unite his love for sports with his professional ambitions, he moved to Madrid, Spain, to pursue an MBA in Sports Management and worked in the Global Partnerships team at Real Madrid C.F. There, he combined his natural talent for relationship-building with creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking to achieve meaningful results.

After returning home, Jose joined Uber as a Key Account Manager, gaining invaluable experience in client relations and negotiation. Yet, despite his international experiences and corporate success, his heart always led him back to Guanacaste. Captivated by its beauty, perfect waves, and warm community. It was here that he realized his true calling: helping others find their place in what he considers a unique place in our world.
Today, as a full-time real estate agent, Jose blends his global business acumen, local expertise, and heartfelt connection with people to deliver an exceptional real estate experience. His clients describe him as genuine, intuitive, and deeply committed to their best interests. For Jose, real estate isn’t just about properties—it’s about life-changing moments, shared experiences, and guiding others toward their dream life in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
