Casablanca is your own private resort in the mountains of Costa Rica near the incredible white sand beach of Playa Avellanas! Set in 4.5 acres with undeveloped land all around you, your nearest neighbors are monkeys, iguanas, and all kinds of beautiful birds. And on the horizon, a view of the Pacific Ocean.

When you enter the gated property you will pass the brand new guest house on your left. There you will find a private oasis for your guests or renters. It has a bedroom with an ensuite, a separate kitchen and living area, and in the middle a covered patio with a thatched roof that holds an outdoor living and dining area and a ss2 person jacuzzi that overlooks the jungle and the ocean. Also there, you will find an outdoor shower and a covered hammock area to watch and listen to the wildlife!

Next you arrive at the main house of Casablanca. You are greeted by a wide, stone staircase that leaves you in the heart of the home—the outdoor space. In front of you is the cobalt blue pool set in a cool, stone patio surrounded by beautiful tropical plants, flowers, and palm trees and gorgeous views of the mountains, jungle and the ocean. There are 2 covered palm huts - one with a firepit and custom made teak chairs and the other with a swinging bed. Just below the pool is an orchard of native fruit trees with many banana and citrus fruits. This property was designed for complete enjoyment of the Pura Vida life!

Let’s return to the outside patio area where you will be spending all your time! There is a Tiki Bar, a guanacaste table, a dining table, and teak chaises to soak up the sun! This area was designed to have a good time! The unique lighting and laser show equipment will be sure to WOW your guests! To your right is a bedroom with an ensuite that overlooks the pool. To the left, a wall of windows takes you into the main home: bright, white walls, high ceilings, and lots of windows to soak up the incredible views. The living room leads right into the eat-in kitchen, which is a dream with its modern white cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. Down the windowed hallway are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each with huge, glass-walled showers, vessel sinks, and mosaic-tile floors. The entire home is furnished in an eclectic mix of modern and bohemian and is completely move-in ready.

Casablanca has a garage with a work area, a playground area for children and has plenty of room to expand! There is another oceanview platform to build additional homes if desired. The 4.5 acre property goes down to a waterfall and stream where you can hear the water in the rainy season. It is a short drive to one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica and to the local town of Avellanas with some great restaurants. It is 1 hour 15 minutes to the international Liberia Airport.
